FAQ
How to make the most of your candle?
Which tealights should be used in the burners?
It is strongly advised to use only 3-4 hr unscented tealight candles. Bigger candles, such as 8 hr tealights can create too much heat, burning off the fragrances and risk damaging your burner.
Can I use my wax melts again after burning for 3 hours?
Yes, you should be able to melt your wax melts for 3 hours, 3 times. Giving you a total of 9 hours fragrance time per chunk of wax, approximately 12g.
Using our Wax burner liners makes changing scent really easy. Their protective coating make it easy to pop out your cooled, hardened wax, to use again later, and load a new scent.
Is the packaging recyclable?
We are strongly committed to sustainability and this is reflected in our choice of packaging and shipping materials, all recyclable. Even down to our biodegradable packing peanuts, which are made from corn starch and simply dissolve under a running tap if you do not wish to re-use them.
Our waxes are vegan and cruelty free.
Are Eco Air Fresheners suitable as car fresheners?
It is not recommended to use our Eco Air Fresheners in your vehicle. Exposed in sunny conditions, particularly in the summer, the wax is at risk of melting inside your car and could cause damage.
